Irishman Triple Distilled Single Malt & Single Pot

Irishman Triple Distilled is an Irish whiskey that blends single malt with single pot still. Roughly 70% is single malt and 30% single pot still. It was previously sold as Founder's Reserve and is made by Walsh Whiskey. All the whiskeys in The Irishman range are triple distilled, which means a third distillation after the usual two. The nose is spicy, with black pepper and ripe peaches. On the palate the pot still spice stands out alongside dark chocolate, while the influence of bourbon casks brings vanilla and sweet caramel. The finish is oak and caramel.
