Fyrtårnet 15 Year Old is an organic, handmade Danish single malt from Nyborg Distillery on Funen, released under the Isle of Fionia name. It was distilled in November 2010 and bottled in January 2026 at a cask strength of 55.3%, with natural colour and without chill filtering.
The whisky matured in a single Oloroso sherry cask, and about 104 bottles were filled in this limited release.
The nose is ripe and sherried, with dark dried fruit, raisins and figs, plenty of spice and warmth, and a hint of caramel and vanilla.
