This is a seven-year-old single malt from the Isle of Harris Distillery in the Hebrides, part of the distillery's core range. It was bottled in 2026 at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
The whisky is a vatting of 35% first-fill Oloroso sherry casks and 65% ex-bourbon casks, with the bourbon share drawn from Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill and Woodford Reserve barrels.
Tasting notes describe butterscotch and iced cherry Bakewell tart on the nose, rich buttery caramel with clove and liquorice on the palate, and a long, creamy finish with a trace of Hebridean peat smoke.
