Made Matured and Married is a single malt from Isle of Harris Distillery, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in first-fill casks: ex-Oloroso, ex-Buffalo Trace, ex-Heaven Hill and ex-Woodford Reserve.
The nose opens with butterscotch and iced cherry Bakewell tart, then brighter fruit, delicate floral notes and a gentle hint of spice. The palate is rich, buttery caramel with sweet clove and ginger, set against a dry, flinty character. The finish is long and creamy, with a soft echo of Outer Hebridean peat smoke.
