Isle of Jura 10 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky in a one-litre bottle, bottled at 43% ABV and dating from around 1990. Its colour is pale gold.
The nose is fresh, with a plush maltiness, lemon yoghurt and honeyed porridge. The palate opens punchy and peppery, with ripe green and yellow fruits, mineral oils, soot and toasted mixed seeds, balancing sweeter fruit against drier cereal and coastal tones.
The finish is medium, cereal, herbal and slightly peppery.
