This is a 12 year old Isle of Jura single malt, bottled by Cadenhead's on 6 September 2022 for its Original Collection. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and with no added colour.
The whisky matured in Manzanilla sherry casks, a dry style of sherry from Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
The nose has sea air, green apple, citrus, almond and a light floral note. The palate is fresh and tight, with malt, citrus zest, light nuttiness, subtle saltiness and dry sherry influence. The finish is medium long, dry, mineral and refreshing.
