Isle of Jura 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in bourbon casks and finished in aged oloroso sherry casks, which give it a honeyed sweetness with warm spice, banana and soft citrus.
The nose combines dark chocolate, honey, walnut and soft citrus. On the palate there are coffee, salted bananas, liquorice and brown sugar. The finish brings freshly ground coffee and dark chocolate.
