Isle of Jura 18 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 44% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It spent eighteen years maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and was then enriched by Premier Grand Cru Classe Bordeaux barrels.
The distillery points to Jura's changing seasons and unique microclimate as shaping the spirit over those years. The colour is rosewood gold. The nose has toffee, tropical fruits and cinnamon, and the palate brings rich black forest fruit, cocoa and coffee.
