A 16-year-old single malt from the island of Jura, distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2016 by Ian MacLeod in the Chieftain's series at 50% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The spirit matured in ex-bourbon casks and then received a finish in a Puligny Montrachet wine cask. Malt, vanilla, wine fruit, oak spice and gentle cask sweetness are named among its characteristics.
