Isle of Jura Bourbon Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is matured in American white oak casks that previously held bourbon.
The distillery describes its house character as bright and fruity, and this is the expression that shows it most plainly. The colour is amber gold.
On the nose there is vanilla and coconut. The palate brings creamy toffee and apricot, with hints of poached pear, and cinnamon and cocoa to close.
