Isle of Jura Seven Wood is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 42% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It takes its name from the seven kinds of oak used in its maturation: first-fill American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, plus French oak casks from Limousin, Tronçais, Allier, Vosges, Jupilles and Les Bertranges.
It is typically described as caramelised peach, liquorice and oranges, with a subtle hint of smoke.
