Isle of Jura – Seven Wood Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 42%)

Isle of Jura Seven Wood is a single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 42% in a 70cl bottle. It begins in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, and part of the whisky is then divided between six different virgin oak casks sourced from various regions of France. The whisky is fruity and spicy, with flavours of crème caramel, baked peach and sweet liquorice. The nose brings coffee, ginger spice and a hint of chocolate. On the palate come crème caramel, baked peach, liquorice and candied orange.
