This is an Isle of Raasay single malt from 2021, matured in Marsala casks. It is bottled at 50.7% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Raasay ferments for an unusually long 96 to 110 hours and uses water filtered through volcanic sedimentary rock. The long fermentation preserves the water's high mineral content, which gives the spirit a berry-fruited character before it goes into any cask.
