This is a Scotch single malt from Isle of Raasay, finished in Burgundy casks. It is unpeated and bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings cinnamon and clove with Cambrai mint sweets. On the palate it is spicy, with caramel, dried fruit, savoury biscuits and more clove. The finish is long and dry, with a lingering saltiness.
