Isle of Raasay Cask Strength 2026 Release is a single malt from the Hebridean island distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 61.6% abv. Peated and unpeated spirit are matured separately, then married in first fill rye whiskey casks, fresh Chinkapin oak and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks. A total of 8400 bottles have been released worldwide.
The nose is lightly peated, interwoven with dark berry fruits. The palate is bold and powerful, with stewed fruits, chocolate and hints of kitchen spices.
