Chinkapin is the third core single malt from Isle of Raasay Distillery. It is bottled at 50.2% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill-filtration.
Peated and unpeated spirit, made from 100% Scottish barley, are matured separately in fresh and refill Chinkapin oak casks, then married together. The result is the distillery's signature lightly peated style.
