Dùn Cana is part of the core single malt range from Isle of Raasay Distillery, and this is its second edition, in a 70cl bottle. It is made from both peated and unpeated spirit.
The spirit is matured first in American rye casks, then given a second maturation in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks.
This is a limited release of 15,000 bottles worldwide.
