Dun Cana is a single cask single malt from Isle of Raasay. The whisky was matured in a rye whisky cask and then finished in oloroso and PX casks. It is bottled at 52% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is lightly peated and smoky, with dark fruit, raisins and dried figs. The palate offers salty spice, black pepper, toasted nuts and hazelnuts. The finish is fresh, floral and lightly smoky.
