Na Sia is an unpeated single cask single malt from the Isle of Raasay Distillery in the Inner Hebrides, the island's first legal distillery when it opened in 2017. It is bottled at a cask strength of 61.6% in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit was matured in first-fill Woodford Reserve rye whiskey casks, which give it a spicy, peppery character set against honeyed sweetness.
The nose is fruity, with butterscotch, vanilla and sweet malt. On the palate come black pepper, ginger and cinnamon, and the finish is long and warming, with a spicy tingle and creamy toffee.
