This is a young single malt from the Isle of Raasay, bottled at 46.4% ABV.
The nose combines candied fruit and ripe apricot with a little sea air and fine smoke. On the palate come salted caramel and honey, then blackcurrant with cinnamon, black pepper and light wood smoke. The finish is long and balanced.
