Isle of Raasay Single Malt is a Scotch whisky from the distillery on the island of Raasay, off Scotland's west coast. It is bottled at batch strength, 50.7%, going from cask to bottle without being reduced.
The whisky was matured in a combination of rye whiskey casks, virgin oak and Bordeaux red wine casks. It is described as a layered dram, with smoke, fruit, spice and sweetness running through it.
