A single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Raasay, off the west coast of Scotland and a short ferry ride from Skye, in a 70cl bottle. It is made in small batches from a combination of peated and unpeated spirit.
The whisky is aged in high rye whiskey, Chinkapin oak and Bordeaux red wine casks.
It is lightly peated, with subtle smoke and rich dark fruit on the nose. The palate is smooth and well balanced, with a hint of spice and delicate sweetness, and the finish carries a touch of oak and light tannins.
