J.J. Corry The Gael is the first official release from the Irish whiskey bonder J.J. Corry. Batch 1 appeared in 2017 and combines selected malt and grain whiskies, bottled at 46%. It was limited to 7,000 bottles. The nose offers ripe apple, citrus, honey, light spices and soft vanilla. The palate is fruity and lively, with apple, pear, citrus and light spice alongside sweet malt and fresh grain. The finish is medium-long, with soft oak and fine spiciness.
