The Gael is an Irish whiskey from J.J. Corry, bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It takes its name from a bicycle that J.J. Corry invented.
The blend took about two years to develop. Chapel Gate began by sourcing mature Irish whiskey of high quality, then blended it into a classic Irish style, with juicy fruit flavours at its centre.
