J.W. Dant 7 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the 1960s or 1970s, bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV) in an export format and a 75cl bottle. The brand goes back to John Walker Dant, a Kentucky distiller whose family ran some of the earliest legal distilleries in Marion County after the Civil War. The Dant name stayed on bourbon labels into the modern era, latterly under Heaven Hill ownership. This bottle carries a seven-year age statement.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
