Jack Daniel's American Single Malt Oloroso Sherry Cask (1L, 45%)

Jack Daniel's American Single Malt is made at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, from a mash bill of 100% malted barley. This one is in a 1 litre bottle at 45% (90 proof). The spirit is mellowed through sugar maple charcoal, matured in new charred American white oak barrels and then finished in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. It was first introduced as a global travel retail exclusive. The colour is burgundy with flecks of bronze and copper. The nose is soft oak, ripe fruit and cocoa. The palate is rich and complex, with chocolate-covered nuts and berries, and the finish is subtle and sweet, with lingering Oloroso sherry.
