Jack Daniel's Sinatra Select Tennessee Whiskey (1L, 45%)

Jack Daniel's Sinatra Select is a Tennessee whiskey made to honour the long friendship between the Lynchburg distillery and Frank Sinatra, who toasted Jack Daniel's as his drink of choice. It is bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) in a 1 litre bottle. Part of the whiskey matures in Sinatra Barrels, casks with deep grooves cut into the staves to expose it to extra toasted and charred oak. It is charcoal mellowed in the Lincoln County Process, from a mash of 80% corn, 12% malted barley and 8% rye. Deep amber in the glass, it has oak spice on the nose over vanilla, caramel and cola, with a touch of dried orange peel. The palate is silky, with bold oak, vanilla, caramel, fruit and spice, and the finish is long and smooth.
