Jack Daniel's – Bold & Spicy (50cl, 53.5%)

Bold & Spicy is a Jack Daniel's from the Tennessee Travelers series, which reflects Jack's wish to explore the world with his whiskey. It was selected by the Master Distiller and bottled at 53.5% in a 50cl bottle. The mash is 70% rye, 12% barley and 18% corn, and the whiskey was matured in freshly charred oak casks. Like every Jack Daniel's, it is mellowed through sugar maple charcoal. The aroma is a mix of sweet, mellow fruit lifted by rye spice and oak. The palate offers caramel and dry baking spice, and the finish is peppery with rye.
