Gentleman Jack is a Tennessee whiskey from the Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, in a 75cl bottle at 40% ABV. It matures in new charred oak barrels.
The whiskey is filtered twice through maple charcoal, once before and once after ageing.
The nose combines caramel, vanilla and toasted oak with delicate fruit and light spice. Vanilla, honey and caramel lead on the palate, with subtle wood and spice behind them. The finish is warm and silky, with light sweetness and toasted wood.
