Jack Daniel's – Master Distiller Series No. 3 (1L, 43%)

This is the third bottling in the Jack Daniel's Master Distiller Series, a Tennessee whiskey in a 100cl bottle at 43% ABV. It is dedicated to Lemuel 'Lem' Tolley, a great-nephew of Jack Daniel and the third master distiller at the distillery, who held the post from 1941 to 1964. Like every Jack Daniel's, it is made with iron-free water from the cave spring at Lynchburg and goes through charcoal mellowing. The whiskey seeps drop by drop through sugar maple charcoal stacked three metres high before it is filled into white oak casks.
