Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Legacy Edition Tennessee Whiskey (75cl, 43%)

Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Legacy Edition is a limited release of Tennessee whiskey that revives a colourful label design from the early 1900s, when bottles leaving the Lynchburg distillery looked very different from today's black and white label. Inside is Old No. 7, charcoal mellowed through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal in the Lincoln County Process, then aged in new charred American oak. It is bottled at 43% (86 proof). The nose has caramel, vanilla and toasted oak with corn sweetness and charcoal. The palate is smooth, with vanilla, toffee, sweet corn and light spice, and the finish is medium, with charcoal, oak and gentle warmth.
