Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is a Tennessee whiskey made in Lynchburg, Tennessee, here in a 10cl bottle. The spirit is mellowed drop by drop through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal, then aged in handcrafted white oak barrels.
It is warm amber-gold, with a light-to-medium body and a smooth mouthfeel. The nose is sweet vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, banana and a little brown sugar. On the palate come sweet corn, vanilla, toasted oak, light spice and rich caramel. The finish is smooth, warm and medium in length, with toasted oak, charcoal and sweet spice.
