Jack Daniel's – Single Barrel Cities Seattle (75cl, 50%)

This is a Seattle bottling in the Cities series of Jack Daniel's Single Barrel, a Tennessee whiskey at 50% (100 proof) in a 75cl bottle. The barrels for Single Barrel come from the top floors of the warehouses in Lynchburg, where the seasonal swings in temperature are felt most. Each barrel develops its own character, and the bottles are filled by hand and marked with the number of the barrel they came from. Like all Jack Daniel's, it is made with water from the cave spring in Lynchburg and mellowed through sugar maple charcoal before going into white oak barrels. The mash is corn, rye and malted barley.
