Jameson Black Barrel (70cl, 40%)

Jameson Black Barrel is a blended Irish whiskey from Midleton Distillery in County Cork, made by combining single pot still and small batch grain whiskeys. It is triple distilled and bottled at 40%. It matures in double-charred American oak bourbon barrels, which add layers of toasted oak, butterscotch and vanilla to the spirit's natural sweetness. The nose has butterscotch, fudge and creamy toffee. The palate is nutty, with sweet spice and vanilla. The finish is rich and warming, with toasted wood and vanilla that stay long.
