Jameson Crested is a triple-distilled blended Irish whiskey, formerly known as Crested Ten, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is made at Midleton Distillery in County Cork with a high proportion of single pot still spirit, and matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks.
On the nose it offers sherried pot still aromas, rich dried fruit, toasted oak and a hint of dark chocolate. The palate has delicate sherry and toasted wood, with layers of fruit, warming spice and chocolate. The finish is long and warming, with a lingering sherry sweetness.
