Jefferson's Very Small Batch Bourbon (75cl, 41.2%)

Jefferson's Very Small Batch is a bourbon bottled at 41.2% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. It blends the base Jefferson's bourbon with three hand-selected straight bourbons, each with a different mash bill and age. The blend is intended to give consistent quality from batch to batch while letting subtle differences show. It is approachable and smooth, and works neat or in a cocktail. The nose offers brown sugar with a hint of citrus, and the palate vanilla, peaches and toffee. The finish is delicate and warm, with honey.
