Jefferson's Very Small Batch Bourbon (75cl, 41.1%)

Jefferson's Very Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon blended from up to four bourbons of different ages. Blending across those ages gives a rich but smooth character, and it is bottled at 41.15% ABV in a 75cl bottle. On the nose it shows vanilla, caramel and oak. The palate is smooth and balanced, with spice, fruit and a touch of sweetness, and the finish is long and warm.
