Jim Beam – Black 7 Year Bourbon (75cl, 45%)

Jim Beam Black is a seven-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon from the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) in a 750ml bottle. The bourbon spends its seven years in deeply charred oak, which gives it a richer gold colour and a mellower, more developed character. It can be taken neat, over ice or in an Old Fashioned. The nose is smooth caramel and vanilla with a hint of oak. The palate is full-bodied, with caramel, vanilla and warm oak, leading to a long, smooth finish.
