Jim Beam Black Extra Aged is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Jim Beam distillery. It is aged for longer in charred American oak barrels than the classic Jim Beam, which brings more oak influence and depth.
The nose has caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, with sweet corn and gentle baking spices. On the palate, caramel and vanilla sweetness meet oak, toffee and subtle spice. The finish is warm, with vanilla, caramel, spice and charred oak.
