Jim Beam – Devil's Cut

Jim Beam Devil's Cut is a Kentucky straight bourbon made with bourbon drawn out of the wood of emptied barrels. That whiskey, the part trapped deep in the staves, is blended with extra-aged Jim Beam bourbon. The result is an oak-forward bourbon with a stronger barrel influence than the classic Jim Beam. The nose offers charred oak, vanilla and caramel, with hints of spice and toasted wood. The palate is full-bodied, with sweet caramel and vanilla set against pronounced oak and woody spice. The finish is long and warming.
