Jim Beam Devil's Cut is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 90 proof (45%).
It blends extra-aged Kentucky straight bourbon with liquid extracted from the wood of the barrels. This is the portion the brand calls the devil's share, as opposed to the angel's share that evaporates during ageing.
It is described as robust, with deep colour, aroma and character, and is intended to be drunk neat or on the rocks.
