Jim Beam Double Oak is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 43%. It is matured twice: first in charred oak barrels, as with all Jim Beam bourbons, then for a further period in a second, freshly charred oak barrel.
The nose is rich in caramel and vanilla, with shades of burnt wood. The palate brings intense caramel and characteristic oak spice. The finish is long, warm and well balanced.
