Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon is aged for four years in new charred oak barrels and has a medium-bodied character. This version comes in a 1.75 litre bottle.
A slightly spicy, oaky vanilla nose leads to caramel, vanilla, grain and oak on the palate, finishing with lightly sweet toasted oak.
It can be taken neat, on the rocks or in a highball.
