Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a bourbon in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% vol. It is made from corn, rye, malted barley and spring water, and the makers describe it as the work of seven generations.
The bourbon matures for 4 years in freshly charred American white oak casks.
The colour is mahogany. Oak and vanilla lead on the nose. The palate is rounded and full-bodied with fine oak and vanilla, and the finish is long and spicy.
