Jim Beam – Peach (175cl, 32.5%)

Jim Beam Peach is a flavoured bourbon from Jim Beam of Clermont, Kentucky. It combines Kentucky straight bourbon with peach, and comes in a 1.75 litre bottle at 32.5% ABV (65 proof). Being a peach-infused bourbon rather than a straight whiskey, it is lighter in strength than the standard bottling. It is often poured with lemonade, sweet tea or ginger ale. The tasting notes describe ripe peach sweetness over a backbone of vanilla and oak, with a smooth, gently warming finish.
