Jim Beam (37.5cl)

Jim Beam is a bourbon, here in a 37.5cl bottle, aged for four years. At that age little wood shows in the flavour. The character comes instead from cereal notes and a foxy quality that the brand's wild yeast strain gives it. The colour is a balanced amber, more red than orange. The nose is slightly perfumed and the mouthfeel slightly syrupy.
