Jim Beam Signature Craft is a bourbon from the Jim Beam range, made using barrels aged for at least 12 years.
The long ageing changes the character of the whisky: the yeasty note usually found in Jim Beam is tamed, and the familiar spice is still present.
In the glass it is described as free of any cloying, medicinal notes.
Tasting Notes
Tamed yeasty note, no cloying or medicinal edge, familiar Jim Beam spice
