Jim Beam – Vanilla Flavored Whiskey (175cl, 32.5%)

This is a flavoured whiskey from Jim Beam of Clermont, Kentucky, bottled at 32.5% ABV in a 1.75 litre size. It is made by blending Kentucky straight bourbon with natural Madagascar vanilla bean. The result is a sweeter, dessert-leaning spirit that is used in whiskey and cola, or in a vanilla old fashioned. In the glass it is described as creamy vanilla bean and caramel over the warmth of oak-aged bourbon, with a sweet, smooth finish.
