Jim Beam is a Kentucky straight bourbon, and the name has become closely tied to the style. This is the white label expression, in a 1.14 litre bottle.
It pours a golden amber colour.
The nose is light, with floral, citrus and spice notes alongside creamed corn. The palate is medium-bodied, with vanilla and caramel flavours, and it finishes clean.
