Jim Beam White Label is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 37% abv in a large 1.125 litre bottle. It follows the Beam family's Kentucky recipe and is aged in new charred American oak barrels.
The character is approachable and balanced, with vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and gentle spice, followed by a smooth finish. It works neat or over ice, and in mixed drinks such as an Old Fashioned, a Whiskey Sour or bourbon and cola.
